SALON POLICIES:
Cancellation Policy
We want to give every guest the time and attention that you deserve for your service. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise and you need to make adjustments to your plans. If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations without 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled services. No-shows or same day cancellations will result in a 100% charge of scheduled services.
If you expect to be running behind, we ask for you to give us a heads up. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule and it may result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
Color Policy
We ask all of our new guests to make an appointment for a color consultation prior to their service. This allows us to book the right time, services, and stylist. We also request a $50 deposit to make the appointment. This will then be applied to the service.
Re-do Policy
We want each of our guests to feel confident and beautiful at the end of their appointment. If you are dissatisfied with your service please contact us within 7 days. We are more than happy to get you back into the salon as soon as possible to adjust any color or cut.
